Early bird registration at $250 is available May 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026—secure your spot early to take advantage of discounted pricing and guarantee your participation. Starting July 1, 2026 through September 11, 2026, the standard registration price of $350 will apply. Space is limited, so we encourage you to reserve your ticket as soon as possible.

If you are able, please consider donating the cost of a ticket–or sponsoring the event–to support broader participation. Your contribution helps us welcome agency staff, Tribal representatives, collaborative members, and conservation professionals who may not otherwise be able to cover the full cost of registration. SCALE has always been committed to ensuring that anyone who wants to participate can do so, regardless of organizational funding, and your support makes that possible.

In past years, SCALE has been largely grant-funded, allowing us to keep registration costs low. This year, however, grant funding is extremely limited, and registration fees are the primary source of support for the convening. Donating a ticket is a meaningful way to help sustain inclusive, cross-sector participation and ensure this gathering remains accessible to all.
