Is the venue fully ADA accessible?
Yes. Please use the contact form above if you need any specific accommodations.
Is there a virtual option?
This event will be held exclusively in person.
Will meals be provided?
Breakfast and lunch will be provided both days.
Is there a discounted hotel room block for attendees?
Yes. Please follow this link to the Citizen Hotel.
If booking a room through the Citizen Hotel, is there a deadline to reserve a room?
Yes. Please book by August 26, 2026.
When is the last day to register for this year’s conference?
September 15, 2026 is the last day to register.
Is there parking available on-site?
Yes. There is $25 valet parking available for all conference attendees and $50 valet parking for overnight guests. Additional parking options include City Hall Garage and Capitol Garage.
Are there any post-conference evening events I should be aware of?
We typically offer the opportunity for an informal, pay your own dinner after the first day of SCALE. We will select a location and inform when and where as we get closer to the SCALE conference.
