Sierra to California All Lands Enhancement (SCALE) is an annual conference that strengthens connections across California and amplifies collective impact in forest and watershed restoration, community resilience, and adaptive land management. The conference brings together 15+ forest and watershed collaboratives, local organizations, and state and federal agency partners.

Over two days, approximately 40 organizations, agencies, Tribes, and other stakeholders gather to share perspectives on work underway across the state.

These conveinings foster innovative thinking, critical information sharing, and peer-to-peer learning, while highlighting best practices from forest and watershed collaboratives across California. Through SCALE, participants build collective capacity to respond to evolving social, political, and environmental challenges while advancing landscape-scale restoration efforts.
